my paxxie baby is looking for his best friend / crush / girlfriend. her playby is hilary duff, blonde or dark haired doesn't matter. she'll be either a fifth or a sixth year (though since pax is a fifth, it'd be awesome if she was too). she'll be a pureblood. her house doesn't really matter to be honest. but for the sake of this plot, pax is the nice and sweetheart type, and she's the more crude and cynical type (she protects him from all the people that take advantage of his easily persuaded-ness). her name, also is up to you as long as it's unique and pretty. but i'm sure no one will have a problem coming up with something like that. for now she'll be known as hilary.
here's the story. during first and second year the two of them absolutely hated each other. they were mortal enemies. paxton annoyed her with his innocent nature and hilary annoyed pax because she was just so mean and serious. he was short and she was taller. hilary picked on him.
third year came. hilary saved paxton's life more than once. first time, he lost his wand during the care of magical creatures class. when he went to go find it, he might have died or been paralyzed had hilary not saved him from the acromantula. the next time was when a group of older boys were playing with him. it wasn't necessarily a life or death situation, but she was the tough girl that took charge and got them to stop. paxton that year acted like he owed her his life, and kind of stuck by her side. pax stuck up for her, and fought for her as well. that year they became less like enemies and more closer to friends (maybe acquaintances because they both still annoyed each other).
in fourth year, they were less like acquaintances and friends to close friends. pax broke down her snarky wall with his adorableness and somewhat snarky quips of his own (though not many because he isn't good with that stuff. that's what she's for). hilary and paxton were the unlikely of friends, but they were getting very close. that year, hilary's life fell apart somewhat. her older sister (now a graduate from hogwarts) was matched. and she was going to get married soon. hilary's sister became the pride and joy of her parents, and hilary was just a little dim speck on their records. it's what she felt like anyway. that year they moved from close friends to best friends. during the summer in between fourth and fifth year, paxton was often over at hilary's house (when he wasn't working) or she was over at his, helping him out.
hilary's parents disapproved of this. he was born into a muggle family, and to top it all off he wasn't near wealthy enough. as far as they were concerned (mostly hilary's money-whore mother), paxton was what was keeping hilary from getting matched or getting attention from anyone nice enough. during an argument with her parents, in the heat of the moment she admits that she and paxton are "dating". they don't believe her bluff at first, but on second thought they make sure to keep an eye on the two of them at Hogwarts during this year, their fifth year.
to be honest, pax didn't like the fact that she was using him at first. but as it is, he has developed a bit of a crush on her (maybe she, him!). and yeah. this wasn't what i originally planned for the plot. but it just came out. if you take her we can totally talk so more about it. because if there are better ideas, then that is totally cool. i just want a hilary duff for my evan ross. i just watched according to greta and i think they were just cute. see here and here.
also, if there was some family member or someone of hilary's family's side to come check on them at Hogwarts like a professor or something, that'd be cool. i'm going to make this plot page pretty later.
