BRIAR. FOURTEEN. FOURTH YEAR. QUICK-TEMPERED. ADVENTUROUS. CLEVER. IMAGINATIVE. DAZE.

PERSONALITY?
Well, Briar certainly has an interesting contrastive personality. She tends to be gentle and kind-- though growing up youngest in a house with five siblings as worn her patience and temper thin. She's highly competitive, cocky, and jokingly boastful—though at the drop of a hat, she can be lenient, gentle, and quiet. She typically the latter around people she doesn't know, and once comfortable around you—the girl will instantly rear back into her cheerful, confident self.

Briar tends to be rather youngly-naïve at times, but makes up for her lack of age with sly responses and catches onto things pretty quick. The girl adores exploration and danger, one of her fatal flaws being that she simply ignores all the warning signs and hints of danger with a laugh and a joke. She takes every situation she can, no matter how bad, and makes a joke out of it. On the other hand, Briar can be quite serious, gentle, and rather protective of others. She hates to see others in pain, and actually means it (rather than just going through the motions) when she says, 'how are you?'

On the negative side, Briar has a tendancy to ball up every emotion she's ever experienced and keep it locked away. She's never one to talk about feelings, but her gentle and protective side would listen both seriously and carefully to a friend who's more open. She has a short fused temper, and readily defends her strong beliefs no matter who or what else is happening around her. Briar refuses help in all forms. It humiliates her to find that she's been doing something wrong, or someone corrects her. She might listen and cover up her mistake with a laugh-- but help is one of the things Briar refuses to ask for, even when she's terribly off.

Ontop of that, Briar will refuse to stand down or give up-- even if a gun (or wand in this case) is pointed at her forehead. She'll continue to stand back up, even if it means getting another blow to the head. While this may be a handy trait in certain situations-- it can also be a fatal one. It wouldn't be suprising if Briar met her end that way.

Briar & Jareth

I think these two could have a very cute big brother/little sister type relationship. She's a little girl (to him, anyways) with a big personality, and I think he'd just love that about her. He'd know that she thinks she can protect herself, but he'd want to be there and do it anyways, let her know she's always got someone else to rely on. He could be someone she'd go to for advise, and I think eventually he might open up to her about some of his problems as well because of his respect for her.

Briar would totally be down with hanging out with Jareth-- because she's pretty much friends with everyone and anyone. She'd likely see him as someone to drag along with into the depths of the unexplored castle and ramble onto-- after that point, Briar probably would look up to him slightly (both literally and metaphorically) and consider him to be one of her extended family. I could see that, indeed.

Briar and Ambrosia

Maybe they can be friends? Its a 2 year age difference but it could work maybe? They can be those total opposite friends? and in some ways Ambrosia might look over her as a protector becuase she is a bit younger

Briar seems to have a friends with everyone policy dominating her relationships-- and she wouldn't complain to adding another to the list. I could see Ambrosia and Briar as friends-- have you more ideas?

JAZZY&&BRIAR

I have thought long and hard on these two and after making my decision i came straight here. I know briar is a bit younger then Jazlynn But I would enjoy if these two became friends. I know its a long shot Jaz being a slytherin and a sixth year buttttt I think it would be interesting if they became friends. Maybe Briar could be Jazzy's concious. I would understand if you didn't feel the same way.

CHELZ&&BRIAR
Chelz is a second year hufflepuff but maybe they could be passing hello/goodbye friends. I dunno
