BACKGROUND! aramis is a pureblooded wizard. his parents are mr. and mrs. harlan and fantasia lennox. his father works as a magical architect and his mother works at the ministry of magic in the department of magical accidents and catastrophes. he comes from two rather rich families, the lennox family and the prosser family. he's got quite a few cousins, though no siblings. (if you'd like to be a prosser or a lennox, then just talk to me.) growing up, he never saw much of his parents and was often angry because of that. but he still looks up to them, for being so well off.

PERSONALITY! aramis is the-boy-who-should-be-in-slytherin. he's classy, resourceful, only really looks out for himself, sly, and has the trademark slytherin smirk. the thing is, he has a bit of gryffindor in him too. obviously, a lot more ravenclaw (seeing as he was sorted there). as a gryffindor, he's bold or blunt, and can be brave. but above all, aramis is a ravenclaw. he has a thirst for knowledge, and likes to always be write. no, he doesn't act like a know-it-all, he just likes to know it all. he's intuitive and thoughtful (not very impulsive). he perceives more than a person would think to see, very observant. often times, you'll see him reading a book.

he's not a study-holic, work-a-holic because he does like his fun too. just not ignorant fun. friends of his will need to be of this type (and up to his standards, of course: smart (common sense at least), entertaining, and offer stuff to him). he's more on the serious side, but often lets out witty, snarky, or sarcastic remarks. he comes off as arrogant and cocky (and he is). he just doesn't flaunt it because then it would be tacky.

aramis likes women. not little immature girls with moons in their eyes, he likes mature girls. ones he can have an actual conversation with, and not feel bored. (he gets bored quite easily). aramis doesn't mind a serious relationship or commitment, but he does have a bit of a playboy, unattainable reputation. he goes to parties, he flirts with girls. he's confident in that area, very much so, and so having short flings isn't something he wouldn't do either. it's mostly what he's done for the past years at hogwarts. he is, however, not very romantic at all.

BACKGROUND! august is a half-blood wizard. for the entire first half of his life (more than half actually), up until he was eleven, he hadn't a clue about the wizarding world. his mother was a muggle, and his father was a wizard. the term for it is bastard child, whoreson, whatever. he was the result of a one night fling, and despite the fact that the family on his mother's side thinks that it was possibly, the worst mistake of her life, his mom loves him to death. when he was little he'd dreamed of being a dancer. and now that he's a wizard (close to graduation) he's not sure if he still wants to be a dancer or how he'd go about becoming a celebrity. it wasn't like wizards had television.

PERSONALITY! there are a few things to know about august before you go up and start talking to him, punch him in the face, or kiss him. i, bloo, will be kinder than fate and tell you. for starters, he's a gryffindor. now everyone knows that a godd gryffindor is everything that godric was: bold, blunt, chivalrous, and courageous. yes, august is almost all of those. and my, can they be proud, almost like the serpents in slytherin.

now, august isn't always the bravest one out of the bunch. but he is certainly daring. he's so reckless it's a wonder he hasn't burnt the whole house of gryffindor down (he'd almost burnt his own home though before. almost). he talks way too much for his own good, and should belong to a theater company or drama club for how melodramatic he makes things. august is a pretty chill guy, that seems to be always in your face. not literally of course, but figuratively. the way he dresses is glamorous and meant to stand out and look great, and the way it seems like he's always coming onto someone is just kind of a habit and part of his dna.

august is a very warm person, but doesn't really let many people in. he often turns very cold when someone tries before he allows them to. with relationships, he pushes the person away so that they break up with him, and he's not really titled heartbreaker. did i mention the he swings both ways? he's bisexual, but has recently become more taken with guys rather than girls.

he's not lazy, but he does tend to sleep a lot (especially during history of magic classes). he's rather tired mostly, from various things, but he always tries to act like he's not, and never complains about it. overall, august is a hard guy to describe, he's a variety of things, and has many different dynamics to his personality. he sings to people, is quirky, eccentric (no doubt), is very picky, and sometimes temperamental, and serious. but fun at the same time. complicated, right?

these two have similar personalities and are in the same year - bella is also very thoughtful and perceptive, and can be sarcastic once you get to know her, but she's also very quiet and mild in temperament. she certainly isn't the blunt or arrogant type...maybe they could be friendly rivals of sorts, maybe with grades or something? thoughts?

i think having them be grade rivals is awesome. although, aramis is a little more relaxed than that, and doesn't mind if he doesn't have the top score (just as long as it's in the top 5). but i think that it could be interesting. also, maybe they could discuss different books and just have that type of friendship? i dunno, but i think that aramis definitely wouldn't mind her company.

to use your own words, tersha is the girl-who-should-be-in-slytherin. she's a bit too blunt and fearless for that, though, and really outgoing, but i think she and aramis would have a loooot in common. they both come from rich families and are a bit arrogant and look out for themselves above everyone else. i was thinking maybe they could have had a bit of a fling in the past, and then moved on to just be really good friends?

she probably wouldn't like him that much, to be honest. she'd find him amusing for a while, and then just get fed up and annoyed. so maybe they can just sort of irritate each other and leave it at that. lol

johnny is a slytherin, but he almost got put in ravenclaw, since, despite the fact that he's charming and manipulative and all that underhand stuff, he's actually a really nice guy, so he tends to have most of his friends in other houses. he's quite classy and refined and subtle with the way he operates, so maybe aramis would have taken a liking to him and seen the better parts of him and they became friends. or something?

this one could be really interesting, because cole is muggleborn, and his parents are really famous actors in the muggle world. sooo maybe they could have the sort of friendship where cole is encouraging august to follow his showbiz dreams with the dancing and all, and offering him help and stuff. they could make all kinds of crazy plans for when they finish school. granted, august would have to have won cole's trust early on in their friendship for him to be willing to do that for him, so it would have to be a case of they became friends in their first/second year. it could be really fun. t'is just an idea though. lemme know what you think. =)

Character One---- Aramis Lennox.

Ceridwen King I think these two could be friends. She's a flirty type of girl (and I don't see that changing even though she's been matched), and does enjoy a good party every now and then herself so they have at least something in common other than both being pure-bloods. Ceri's capable of having mature conversations, and being as she's spontaneous as well, there's bound to be interesting moments between the two. (Sorry if that sounds odd, I'm still waking up lol)
Jareth Caldwell They'd likely know each other and have had a class together at some point, but I'm not honestly sure whether or not they'd be friends.
Professor De Luca I can see them getting along well enough in a typical teacher/student relationship.

Character Two---- August Kang.

Ceridwen King! Perhaps they could be friends? I'm not quite sure what year he is, but they're in the same house. She'd likely be amused by him, though, and perhaps he could be one of the people she goes adventuring with (like trips into the Forbidden Forest and etc...because I'm boring and can't think of anything else). I don't see anything romantic between these two though, unless you've got an idea you want to throw out there.
Jareth Caldwell! Jare's a nice guy, but I have a feeling that August's personality would be just a little bit too out there for him. So he'd be polite andhelpful if they were ever to be around each other, but that's about it.
Professor De Luca! This is where Dante's house rivalry from his time as a student here would come into play. I definitely do not see him and August getting along very well, though he'd do his best to hide his dislike of the younger boy. He'd see him as weird, possibly single him out in class from time to time, and be more strict on him than on others.
