Bella is a very kind and caring person if you take the chance to get to know her, but she has trouble trusting people. She is shy, so any sort of friendship would have to be initiated, but she likes people once she gets to know them. She starts to let down her walls once she trusts someone enough, and that's when she becomes comfortable being a little witty and sarcastic. Bella finds comfort in reading and writing, and keeps a journal that she would probably die if anyone found.

friends Bella would likely have one best friend - male or female; having a male friend eventually fall for her could make for some good drama - that she has been close to since childhood. Her best friend would be the only person she trusted with her feelings, which are like secrets to her. She isn't the type to be hiding anything, but she doesn't like to be emotional because it makes her feel vulnerable.

lovers Bella, obviously, will have a match at some point, but it might make for some fun drama if her childhood best friend fell for her, or the other way around? A forbidden love sort of plotline, I suppose. Depending on who her match is and how she feels about them, this could really go anywhere. It could either be very complicated due to the fact that she loves both her match and her friend, or due to the fact that she could lose her life for going behind her match's back.

enemies My best idea as far as enemies were concerned that maybe there could be a girl who has been rivals with Bella since first year, and she gets her hands on Bella's journal. Bella doesn't trust people with her secrets, so if they suddenly started spreading around the school, things could spiral downhill very quickly for her! She is not the type to be openly hateful about people, but will definitely hold grudges and can be a little spiteful.

Allow me to introduce you to her match xD Being as they're in the same house and year, I'm pretty sure they know each other and perhaps get along quite well...? I think he'd understand her decently well, as he's a half-blood himself so he's not completely stupid to the muggle world. They both seem like nice people...perhaps an easy sort of friendship-turning-into-more type relationship? If she has another person who likes her (especially if it's a secret and somehow forbidden), it could make things more interesting in the sense that he'll start to sense her hesitation and how she's hiding something? Just throwing out ideas lol Let me know what you think.

hello, match! xD so these two know each other, yes? I agree that these two could definitely get along, and perhaps start with a friendship that could eventually evolve into more. I think Bella might feel a little awkward about it at first if they were friends and anything were to happen, but I do think their relationship would probably come naturally. she would definitely like that he could understand her, but not being able to get away with keeping secrets would be a little tough for her since she doesn't like having to be open with people. but overall, this sounds good! we should probably thread their meeting soon then ;P

Sounds good to me. I think he'll definitely make an effort to get to know her better and be around her more once they're matched. I don't think he'd say anything if he suspected her of keeping secrets, so much as just wondering why she's acting slightly different about certain topics or whatnot...and even that would only be once they've gotten close enough for him to know when she is acting off. Can't wait to see how these two get on!
