Professor
Dante De Luca
Dante De Luca
Hello, Professor! This, ladies and gentlemen, is Hogwart School of Witchcraft and Wizardry's current Defense Against the Dark Arts Teacher. Considered to be young by some of the Ministry officials, he is twenty-five years of age and formerly of Slytherin house when he was a student here himself not too long ago. aren't likely to be that close to him. After all, most of the people he has contact with on a daily basis are students. While he doesn't feel as though he's above them, he understands that there is a line which seperates them. Other than that, Dante's good to have on your side.
As a professor, he's decently fair. Everyone has their favorites after all, and he isn't an exception to that rule, although he tries not to show it. He still remembers what it was like to be stuck in some rather droll classes, and does his best to ensure hands on lessons as much as possible. Being completely honest, though, there are times when his students irritate him and it gives him a sort of sick pleasure to give them tons of homework and note-taking. Luckily, they don't piss him off often. He's also a very observant professor, which he frequently uses to his advantage. It helps to notice when students are misbehaving, as you never know when a little blackmail might come in handy. But don't let the headmaster know that! As a person, he's grown up a lot since his time in the school, having traveled a lot and becoming a bit more world weary. It's helped him learn a bit more patience than he had, as well as ways other than violence to get his way. Dante's a rather cunning and/or manipulative person, very adept at getting people to do his bidding, even if its not in their best interest. He's charming, some might even say dazzling, especially when it suits him to be. He's not a bad person, but he does have a bad side so watch your step around him; he's the unpredictable sort.
Overall, he's a good guy. And that's all that really matters, right?Friends
Enemies yeah, there will be quite a few. Not everyone loves him, and especially with his mood swings and manipulative ways, some people are bound to be pissed off. That includes students and other professors alike.
Lovers oh boy. Just look at him. You already know he has a way with women. Dante's a got a way of looking at a girl and making her heart race, just a little bit. Sometimes, its not even intentional (not that he's complaining!) There hasn't been a serious relationship in a few years, though, mostly just flings, flirtations, and yeah, some one night stands. However, once he is in a relationship, he turns into a good old fashioned lover boy. Wining and dining. Flowers and chocolate. Moonlit broomrides and summer picnics. He's a romantic at heart, a complete charmer, even though he has his rough moments.[/blockquote][/blockquote]
