Hello everyone, this is Ursula Courtney Kingsley, previously known as Ursula Courtney Yates.

Basic info:
She's twenty-seven years of age, a pureblood and a Ravenclaw alumni.

Personality: She's friendly toward people and will trust quickly and easily. She's also brave in decision-making, she won't be cowardly about anything. If she's going to make a tough decision she'll make it, though she acknowledges that some decisions she's made are not that great. She won't be afraid to share her opinion with you, in fact she thrives on the rush of pure unchanged honesty. In her youth she won a national debating competition for being such a good talker, debater and persuasively bringing people onto her way of thinking. There is a correlation between her liking someone and her waves of honesty though. The more she likes you, the less likely she is to say something hurtful. So stay on her good side.

History: As mentioned above, her main focus was social communications growing up which she enhanced through debating societies and talking to people in general. She adapted people skills through her years at Hogwarts. Her father was a foul-mouthed wizard that talked down to anyone that wasn't pureblood. This urged Ursula to not make the same mistake. Her parents divorced while Ursula was in her teens. She was sorted into Ravenclaw, the house her mother was in. When she was sixteen she attracted the attention of James Cockburn. She didn't know how she gained such a fine specimen of a boyfriend. Maybe it was her deep-set mauve eyes. Maybe it was her fine, wavy, short blonde hair. Her china-white skin, perhaps. Whatever it was, their attraction was almost instant. Then, Ursula was tragically struck by her match, of whom she'd actually met beforehand at a national chemistry competition. He was the one that enforced her love of practicing potions. She wanted to be with her match, she felt it was right to be with the person Cupid chose. So she left James. Ursula Yates became Ursula Kingsley. She had only been married a month when he disappeared 'mysteriously' and was presumed dead. Ursula too believes he is dead and dreads that cupid will shoot her heart again with a next match.

Friends - She needs plenty of them. Especially a best friend, but she won't step out of professional boundaries with a student so they'd have to be staff.

Enemies - Anyone that knows James I assume, for giving her daughter up. Also if Ursula has made up her mind already that she doesn't like you, that's it.

Lovers - Go nuts in this section, I'm up for anything.

If James meets her again, guns blazing and yelling then I don't think she'd have chance to realize whether or not she has feelings for him anymore. She might realize if they met on friendlier terms though. Then again I know he hates her for the decision she made in leaving him with the baby.. however... the fact that he's matched with a student means that these two could have a very interesting rebellion going on. Nothing like what they had before, they could probably meet on the level of flings though, seeing as he would likely see her as not worth a relationship. If he insists on hating her, then she'll focus on rebuilding her relationship with her daughter and we'll leave it at that. :]

Professor Kingsley & Jareth

I think she would be his sort of "teacher crush" but it would never amount to anything. He'd respect her and admire her, but wouldn't make a move or anything like that. So more than likely, a normal professor/student relationship for these two.

Ursula & Dante

They could be tentative friends. She's two years older than he is and from a different house, so they likely wouldn't have known each other while students at Hogwarts. Being as he's friends with the father of her child (and matched with some else), there wouldn't be any room for a romance of any sort between these two.

Kingsley & Ceri

Standard professor/student relationship? I don't see much else, unless you have an idea xD

Ursula and Rindra - Well Rindra is a devious young child always getting into trouble so possibly she has gotten into trouble and had to go see her? more than likely otherwise the regular student/professor thing.

Ursula and Kyva - Same as Rindra

Ursula and Griselda - ok this is where things get interesting. Grissy originally enjoyed Ursula's company when she orignally joined the family, however when Ursula went off and hurt her brother as well as her darling niece by leaving her with her father all by herself with no mother then it turned to utter agitation and slight hate. Griselda is quite protective of her brother as is he with her, thus she feels that people who harm her family especially her brother and now niece is pretty much on her black book as no good people with bad juju(luck). I'd love to see where this situation goes with Griselda being the Alchemy teacher at hogwarts and Ursula working there as well.

Ursula & Alexis

Ursula & Alexis sound like the perfect candidates to be best friends!! I can absolutely see that, plus she needs a friend or two. Also by the brief read of her plot page it looks like she's also lost a lover that she was matched with. AND former Ravenclaws. They are alike in almost every way but personalities, which makes it even more fun! Triple yes to this!!

Ursula & Rinda/Kyva/Griselda

I'm sure anyone that's been to Ursula's office will be happy to avoid her from then on. They could possibly know her from school events also. Griselda is a little more challenging because Ursula would rather tear out her eyes than talk to any of the Cockburns. So she'd make sure she was never in a position to speak to her.
